Surface Management Corporation is a family owned and family oriented company. Spanning the course of two decades and involving two generations, the Swatkowski family has run their business with pride and enjoyed increasing success.

Starting out as a parking lot sweeping company in Jacksonville, Florida, with the use of only one small sweeper truck, the company has grown to include a fleet of trucks and encompass all aspects of mechanical sweeping. In 2000, Surface Management began to put into service the support equipment for cleaning up behind asphalt milling crews and soon branched out into the related fields of milling and demolition. Currently, Surface Management employs over 35 individuals who service a select list of clients throughout Northern Florida and Southern Georgia.
